Danielle Erin Sweets

Danielle S. Worthy joined Rose, Klein & Marias as an associate attorney in 2015. Ms. Worthy has worked extensively on cases involving personal injury and employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation. Ms. Worthy understands that everyone has a story and her first priority is listening to her clients to ensure she may better understand and serve their needs. Ms. Worthy aggressively litigates her cases providing constant feedback, recommendations and updates to her clients. Ms. Worthy primarily handles cases located in the greater Los Angeles area but also has matters in the Inland Empire. Ms. Worthy prides herself on being an advocate for injured people and has a long family history of fighting for consumer rights. Her grandfather and father were lifelong members and organizers of the UAW union advocating viciously for workers and employee rights. Whether it be a physical injury or some other workplace injustice, Ms. Worthy uses her experience as a former defense attorney to obtain the best results for her clients.

Ms. Worthy has served as a reoccurring panelist on the Law Firm Panel at Loyola School of Law. Additionally, Ms. Worthy is a member of Consumer Attorneys of California, California Employment Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, and John M. Langston Bar Association. Ms. Worthy obtained her Bachelors of Arts degree from San Diego State University and her law degree from California Western School of Law where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar. Ms. Worthy has received the distinguished honor of being nominated as a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2018.
