Biography
I have been practicing in the trial and appellate courts in California for 24 years, prosecuting and defending a wide range of civil actions. I have defended in excess of 150 complex actions against attorneys, including claims for negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and conspricacy. I am a recognized expert on California's "Anti-SLAPP" statute. I view each case carefully on its own merits and then construct a flexible "game-plan" designed to reach the optimum cost-effective result. I accept each case with the full knowledge and expectation that it may proceed to trial, and I am fully resourced and experienced to conduct such a trial if this is called for.
