I regret to say that my experience with this attorney has been deeply disappointing. Despite a signed retainer agreement and payment made in good faith, there has been a prolonged and unexplained lack of communication regarding the status of my family’s case. Multiple attempts to follow up have been ...met with either vague responses or no response at all. In my opinion, this kind of delay and lack of follow-through clearly puts clients at risk—especially in legal matters that are time-sensitive and materially significant to their rights or estates. While I understand that attorneys have demanding schedules, consistent communication and transparency are not only ethical obligations but fundamental expectations under any professional engagement. This review is intended to raise awareness for others considering legal representation. I encourage anyone seeking legal services to ask clear questions about communication policies and follow-up procedures before moving forward. A trusted, word-of-mouth referral is clearly not enough in situations where someone’s quality of life and overall estate future is on the line. P.S. This attorney was referred by a local Nashville law firm (Referral source perplexed as well) to handle a very delicate and serious matter in excess of a million dollars and has twice now dropped the ball and gone “cold turkey”, essentially “ghosting the client”, our family. It has been a devastating experience on top of the travesty of losses incurred as a direct result of blatant and unexplained negligence.
