I have never had any experience with legal system, when I found myself facing serious felony charges that had a significant impact on my life and on my career. I was having the worst experience of my life. I was terrified. I literally testified to the jury that I was guilty on all of the counts. The max would have been 7+ years and min would have been 6+ years in state prison. The way Mr Rodriguez presented me and my case left the jury no other option but to nullify me. ALL 12 jury memebers came back with a NOT GUILTY verdict . WE BEAT THE CASE . Fair and square . A year and a half ago, my brother was charged with premeditated attempted murder, burglary and assault with a deadly weapon causing great bodily injury. My nightmare started one day when I was at work and received a phone call. On the other line a man identifies himself a detective with the sex crimes division!!!! Now one does not expect to hear that on a Monday afternoon. He goes on to say a woman that I used to date/talk to said that I invited her ...to a club a YEAR AGO, gave her drugs, and took her home and sexually assaulted her!!! I was in shock. I thought it was a practical joke. I never expected someone to fabricate such a malicious lie. The woman in question was upset I was talking to a friend of hers a year later and decided to try to ruin my life. The detective asked me to "give my side of the story". At that point facing such serious allegations I politely said that I would not be able to talk any further without the presence of my attorney. I I went ahead and searched for attorneys for the next couple of days I stumbled upon Ambrosio Rodriguez and decided to have a consultation with him as he seemed like someone that had experience in this field. Boy did I ever make the right decision. He assured me to wait and to let things take its course. After a month and a half of waiting Mr. Rodriguez finally said that the detective would like to have an interview with me. I was extremely nervous about going down to the police station for what would basically be an interrogation and that I would come out in hand cuffs because it's my word against hers and she's the woman. He assured me that nothing would happen to me and that I would not be arrested and that he would be right next to me to make sure that the truth was told and all the facts and evidence was laid out. During the interview he made sure that the detective heard the truth and controlled the interview the entire time. He understands how the criminal system works because he was on the other side. After the interview he once again assured me everything will be ok and the allegations were frivolous and would never be filed. Three weeks later I get a call from Ambrosio to tell me that the district attorney decided not to file any charges. Once again I'd like to say that this man was extremely professional, diligent, and definetly under promised and over delivered. If you're ever in a jam definitely look no further, the man loves what he does and he will fight hard for you. Thank you Mr Rodriguez.
