Jamey Alan Teitell is the worse workers comp lawyer. I was in an unemployment center one of his employee approached me and ask me if I was fired . My answer was yes. Then he told me if you would like to do a workers comp against your company I agreed. I was not injurie at all. Mostly he does fraud... workers comp and teaches you what to say to the insurance company. I do not know why he was not arrested by this time!!! He does fraud on regular basis.

I’ve had my case now going on 17 years and as Sedgwick (work comp company),has very rarely approved much of anything I decided to hire a new attorney which was Jamey! This being the third attorney as the first was dishonest and passed and the second retired so thought a fresh start would be great.. ...boy was I wrong in picking this office as I should have read the reviews first and if a company has less than 4 stars, turn the page! So I signed up with them about the third week of august 2025… they made two separate appointments to speak with an attorney, BOTH occasions I flat out got ghosted and then they told me there was never a date in “the system!” So I just fired them Monday and just that alone, it took them four days to get me the proper paperwork! My point of contact changed three times in 6 months! First started with Maryjane seemed nice but never ONCE would return a call… then there was Angelica who set up the two ghosted attorney consultations and denied setting up the first one and the second one was supposed to be on a Friday (of course no call), and then when speaking with Angelica who come to find out also goes by Stephanie at the office while they have an Angelica at the office so when I was speaking to one, she said she never spoke to me and it must have been Angelica/Stephanie who I couldn’t get to return ONE SINGLE CALL! In six whole months, half a year, I never once spoke to an attorney regarding my case! That’s 6 months of denials from work comp that could have been appealed by my attorney, but low and behold, they never appealed a single one! Hands down the single WORST customer service I’ve experienced ever! No one will call you, they never ask questions in regards to your case and even after 6 whole months, I still haven’t spoken to an attorney! As appeals are time sensitive and finding an attorney who will actually do the work and assist in closing a long but SLAM DUNK case… I couldn’t get 5 mins with an attorney to discuss any part of my case and now due to their complete lack of communication, there are several doctor requests that can be appealed due to their negligence! If you are searching for a work comp attorney, I most definitely would not recommend this office to anyone I know as ZERO gets done! COMETE WASTE OF TIME! If you are looking for solid representation, this office is definitely NOT the right place! They have under 4 stars for a reason.. in fact I’m utterly surprised they even have the 3.7 stars they have now! Please do yourself the favor and look elsewhere as absolutely NOTHING will be accomplished using this office! the icing on the cake was leaving a voicemail on Monday and not receiving the requested dismissal of services form until four days later! TERRIBLE! Also don’t call after 4pm because 99% of the time you’ll only receive the recording! I would give zero stars if it were an option!!

I recently had an unfortunate experience with a customer service representative that left me fe...eling quite frustrated. From the beginning, it was clear that she was not willing to listen to my concerns. When I tried to explain my issue, she interrupted me multiple times, showing a lack of patience and understanding. What was even more disheartening was her tendency to become easily angered. Instead of providing assistance, she reacted defensively when I sought clarification on a point. It felt as if she assumed I wouldn't be able to comprehend the situation simply because she didn't grasp my questions. To make matters worse, the representative never identified herself, and when I asked for her name, she acted as if it was a secret. This lack of transparency only added to my frustration. Effective customer service relies on empathy and open communication, both of which were noticeably absent in this interaction. Overall, I have had a terrible experience almost every time I call. I hope the company can address these issues, as it's essential to foster a more positive and supportive environment for customers.
