El abogado Fernando Romo y su equipo no atendieron con mucha honestidad y atención a detalle. I consulted with Attorney Romo regarding my mother's case after I spend $1,000 with another attorney who did not help me. He immediately told me there was nothing he could do to help my mother, because she was ineligible for a waiver, and advised me to request a refund from the other attorney. Expensive with no results I showed up with an approved i130 in March when the new regulation i601a took effect and it is almost January and no signs of submiting or at least gathering information about the waiver and the assistant told me that they have not had any approvals to this date when people... (with a diferent lawyer) that had an approved i130 after March already have their interview scheduled abroad!
