I could pursue a claim after my accident

I really doubted that I could pursue a claim after my accident. After speaking to an attorney, I got a better understanding of my rights and got the confidence I needed to pursue my claim.

Thanks to my chair collapse injury attorney

I was sitting in class (at my university) when my chair collapsed. I ended up on the floor with a fractured leg and sprained ankle. I contacted a product liability lawyer as soon as I could and pursued a claim

I suffered lacerations associated with a defective blender that exploded while I was using it, sending shards of glass and the blade towards me. I contacted a product liability lawyer as soon as I could and pursued a claim. If I hadn’t had such great representation, I probably wouldn’t have been able... to win. My lawyer was able to negotiate with the product manufacturer and secure a great settlement for my injuries.

I could and pursued a claim against the department store owner

While I was shopping at a department store, I suffered a trip and fall accident associated with some product boxes that had been left on the floor blocking the walkway. The incident left me with a fractured ankle as well as a fractured wrist. I contacted a trip and fall lawyer as soon as I could and ...pursued a claim against the department store owner. I don’t know how my lawyer did it, but he was able to quickly settle my case for a fair amount.

I suffered a neck injury and a head injury

I slipped and fell at a supermarket while I was grocery shopping. I suffered a neck injury and a head injury. From the start, the store owner tried to disregard my injury claim and made things as difficult as possible. I am so glad that I had such great representation every step of the way.
