An unfortunate, dreaded day (or maybe a blessing in disguise) happened in my life that led me to Mr. Nasseri's office. I had a VERY complicated immigration case, living in fear, paranoid about being deported and was in removal proceedings 11 years ago when I met Joubin Nasseri – this was after other ...lawyers had expressed that my case would fail and suggested me to just go back home. In one nice sunny (in my case, an sunny ugly day) i became homeless ! With no reason ( gritty/gold digger ) my ex- wife filed restring order against me and hold me back by going back to my house and empty my bank accounts and with law enforcement escort me out of my place of work and on the top o...f all the other accusations she also accused me for major immigration issue ( the goal was to get rid of me ASAP) or at least put me behind the bars for long time.
