Biography
Alan Diamante is the founding attorney at Diamante Law Group. A skilled Los Angeles immigration lawyer, he brings nearly 25 years of legal experience to the firm. Mr. Diamante has handled and taken part in numerous notable cases throughout his expansive legal career. Among these were several immigration cases that ultimately changed public opinion, DHS regulations, and federal immigration laws. In 2002, Mr. Diamante successfully defended a Salvadorian immigrant who was facing deportation largely due to his outspoken beliefs regarding corruption in the Los Angeles Police Department’s Rampart Division.
At the firm, Mr. Diamante handles a broad range of immigration matters, ranging from employment- and family-based immigration to deportation defense to detention release to political asylum. He has helped immigrants seeking naturalization/citizenship, green cards, and safety in the United States. Above all else, Mr. Diamante is passionate about protecting the rights of all people, including immigrants and their families.
