Thanks to my lawyer

I never thought that I could be injured by a blender while I was making dinner, so I was surprised when it happened. During use, the blender essentially exploded, sending shards of glass and the blender towards me. I suffered multiple lacerations, some of which required stitches. I contacted a produc...t liability lawyer as soon as I could and pursued a claim against the product manufacturer. Thanks to my lawyer, I was able to recover a fair amount of compensation for the injuries that I sustained because of the defective product.

Fairly settlement

I was injured by a defective product that I unknowingly brought into my home – a space heater. Because of faulty electrical wiring, there was a short circuit that caused a fire. I sustained smoke-inhalation injuries and a few burns on my arms. The incident also resulted in property damage. I contacte...d a defective product lawyer as soon as I could and sued the manufacturer of the defective space heater. My lawyer was great and was able to help me recover a fair settlement check.

It was a difficult process

My kids suffered lead poisoning due to exposure associated with a toy we purchased and brought into our home. Luckily, we caught the lead poisoning before the damage was irreversible; however, the experience was still traumatic for my children – who had to undergo treatment. I contacted my lawyer and... sued the manufacturer of the toy that contained lead. It was a difficult process, but my lawyer was able to establish liability and help us get the compensation that we were owed.

Rightfully Compensated

I ordered a burger from a local fast-food place. I bit into it and felt sharp pain in my mouth. There was a piece of glass in the burger. I suffered lacerations in my mouth which required stitches. I contacted my lawyer and sued the fast-food place. Although they refused to cooperate, my lawyer was a...ble to work with them and did everything possible to ensure that I was rightfully compensated.

The best of the best!

Farid's the man! He made sure that the car manufacturer paid for the damages that happened after one of our axles broke during a trip, which apparently was a known defect with the vehicle but they didn’t alert us to the problem. His help was exactly what we needed to move forward.
