Blake Armstrong was assigned to Case 4CA04567 on 4-7-14. A case charging me with violating A restrainIng order order. I fought pro per as my personal familiarity with the case had me know such an order was never sustained as The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office was alleging.
More to my concer...n was the fact that a valid restraining order was in place protecting me from the said victim in this case. Order placed after my ex, restrained person, was arrested twice for domestic battery in Dec 2012. And this order had been violated numerous timed as police records will show, yet no charges have came from either battery or restraining order violations despite my strong desire expressed to The City Attorney's Office that charges be filled.
This was my first disappointment with said office and then I met old Blake. Yes he introduced himself as Blake and throughout the course of the matter I constantly found myself reminding him of our nature of business and that I have never extended the offer to be addressed by any thing less than him and that we are definitely not "Bros".
Blake also never provided any legal reasons to me as to why the case could not be dismissed or the others picked up. To thos he simply stated "I can't ". Simply leaving me to take him as un confident and not respected by his superiors. Pitty.
What has recently came to light however is his lack of confidence and desire for his peers acceptance had him, at the moment of truth, pushed him to gamble on his career and possibly that of his Boss .
This moment came when the copy of the restraining order said to have been violated came from the Clerks office on 8/18/2014 the judicial officer, a referee, made no mark as to the procedure in which the order was enterd to the database.
Rather than taking this as the sign it was to my position being valid, he, very obviously,
Marked an x with a pen under one of the options for system entry. Quite the contrast from the computer annotated ✔ throughout the remainder of the document. A contrast just like the judicial signature at the bottom of this x marked page and the Judicial Signature on the original page signed at petitions submission to the court of which I still poses. Not to mention the absence of the ccourt's seal on the document Mr. Armstrong presented the trial court during 402 and that was used in the trial leading to my conviction and 30 days in county jail.
Upon release when preparing for appeal I came across this discovery. A discovery to show that overzealous ambition led a young prosecutor to secure a Misdemeanor conviction by committing a Felony and Federal offense.
