1. Neil Leon recently attempted to SET ASIDE STIPULATION JUDGMENT ENTERED court order in July 2025. Leon filed this more than 6 months after the stipulation agreement was signed by all parties on June 13, 2025. He failed to possess the basic legal knowledge that the COURT DOES NOT HAVE RESERVATI...ON OF JURISDICTION TO ALTER THIS JUDGMENT: “17.6 Reservation of Jurisdiction Except where this Stipulated Judgment expressly provides that the Court does not reserve jurisdiction.” 2. STIPULATED JUDGMENT AND DEAL MEMORANDUM HAS BEEN WRITTEN BY PETITIONER’S COUNSEL 3. LIU’s WAIVER OF FURTHER DISCOVERY In Section 2.3, page 4, it clearly declares sufficient, fair and satisfactory Discovery by each party and LIU’s Waiver of Further Discovery. 4. SPOUSAL SUPPORT WAIVER IS PERMANENT AND NOT BE RESURRECTED In section 5, pages 8-10, Court approved Spousal Support Waiver. 5. DIVISION OF COMMUNITY PROPERTY IS CAREFULLY STIPULATED over several months. The Court has approved Division of Community Property and Confirmation of Separate Property. 6. THE FINAL STIPULATION JUDGMENT IS VIABLE, FINAL AND CAN NOT BE SET ASIDE. The following paragraphs that are embedded in the original document of the STIPULATION JUDGMENT as signed on June 13, 2025. They clearly declare that this STIPULATION JUDGMENT and its development have completely followed the Court process and procedures, and thereby have met all requirements of SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA. It thereby this Court ordered Stipulation judgment CAN NOT BE SET ASIDE! Furthermore, Neil Leon CONDUCTED PERJURY OF LYING AT THE COURT TO CONTEMPT LEGAL INVESTIGATION in the hearing February 20, 2026. He wrongfully stated to the judge that he was not served by Respondent on Responsive Declaration: Objection to Petitioner’s RFO (12-31-2025). However, I had shown the Court right the moment for the Proof of Service to Leon, which disclosed his lying face. In this case, he is merely repeating payer’s mimics attempted to distort the litigation for Joint Custody and Reunification. Neil Leon was hired December, 2025 by LIU at a rate of multiple hundred dollars/hr. He has so far not given any responsive response to take any actions to assist the Reunification meetings as scheduled in the last 100 days. He even failed to serve his Substitution of Attorney to Respondent’s party. He even failed to timely serve his RFO filing paper to the Respondent's party. Supported by this dirty business chain, they inhumanly blocked my minor child’s personal freedom, basic & personal human right and her right to love and be loved (by her father). This terrible child alienation has lasted for 11.8 years while marriage is only 4 years! Neil Leon just utilizes this Court cheating for dirty money! I respectfully request to review Leon’s misconduct, unprofessional and his complete lack of preponderance of evidence in his litigation process!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ If you dont want to lose and you want to have an actual lawyer to support you and fight for you STAY AWAY from Neil DeLeon. This attorney is the epiphany of why lawyers have bad reputation. He been an attorney nearly 2 decades he stopped caring and only cares about money.... First lets begin by saying he is a limited scope so he will they try to entice you with their price but dont make that mistake. Pay extra for an attorney Who will do everything for you in one payment. Neil will do everything he can to prolong the case and each time he comes to court he charges 2000-2500. Now think 5-10 appearances. Upon hiring him he was everything you would want in a lawyer after you pay him you pretty much dont have a lawyer. He doesnt do anything he says he will for you hence why you go to court and always have to get an extension by him. I had court Monday. 2 weeks prior to my court date I was need of a court prep. Every single day for the whole week i called for my court prep and they scheduled me a time to talk and Neil never showed up. Every single day he didnt even bother to give me a curtesy call to say he wont make it. They simply ignored me. Im left in complete dark. Today is Friday as im writing this Monday will be my court date and I will be going to court without a lawyer since Neil decided he doesnt want to represent me because im emotional before the court day because im upset he lied to me. Can you believe that? Hiring a lawyer paying them every penny they ask than they ghost you for 2 months and drop you day before the court. I have recorded every phone call with Neil and I plan on filling a complaint with CA bar association along with BBB Neil is only responsive when he wants money from you after that you are on your own! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND NEVER GET A-LIMITED SCOPE ATTORNEY ESPECIALLY NOT NEIL.

Although there have been many twists and turns in our case, Neil has been by our side every step of the way, always responding to e-mails and phone calls promptly. In the courtroom, he is incredibly sharp and humble, the perfect combination that judges respect; even under pressure he advocated for us and came up with INCREDIBLE solutions right on the spot in the middle of court when the other party attempted to throw a few curveballs. Solutions that saved me more money, which I am greatly thankful for, a solution I would not have come up if I were self-represented. In the end, we got an outcome that was more favorable than we could have imagined. If you are looking for a family law attorney just remember one thing: the lawyer that you choose for a child custody battle plays a huge role in making (or breaking) your case. Only a parent who truly has their child's safety & best interest in mind can begin to even understand or comprehend what it means to know that my child & my family is safe because we placed our trust in Neil De Leon to fight for us and he did exactly that and MORE. I regret hiring this lawyer a few years ago. I couldn't agree more about what other clients have noted about his work ethics. He does not have a strategy when he takes over your case. The only strategy he knows is how to play tricks on you so he can suck the money out of you. He is truly inexperience...d and does not have the capability to explain the law to a typical Joe. He will take offense if you challenge his thoughts and will throw you under the bus if needed. He will pretend that he has your back but when the going gets tough he will do all the tricks to force you to settle so he can avoid litigation. On multiple occasions he gave me advice or instruction on what to do and then later would give me the completely opposite advice without explanation. And if you tried to get an explanation he would get too defensive. On the bright side of things he is a good paper pusher guy and that's how he earns his money. Don't waste your time and money on this guy. Find a better lawyer who can advocate your rights and give you aggressive representation. I'm glad I didn't get stuck with this guy for too long. I spent a LOT of money and didn't go anywhere when this guy handled my case.
