Grant Joseph Savoy

I hired attorney Grant Joseph Savoy for family appeal and paid him $10,000. This is the result: 9/26/16 Notice sent that deadline for filing the opening brief was missed 10/12/16 Attempt to file a brief but it was rejected because it was blank 10/19/16 Appeal dismissed fa...ilure to file an opening brief. The order gives up to 30 days to request reinstatement. 11/4/16 Motion to reinstate appeal 11/8/16 Motion denied because no proposed opening brief was submitted Between July 2015 and November 2016 Mr. Grant kept telling me that there are some delays only because of California Supreme Court, but we still in a good shape and everything was going as planned. I found information about my appeal and emailed to him asking to explain, he immediately sent me termination letter.
