Professional legal services

Victoria is extremely knowledgeable and an experienced immigration lawyer. I applied for EB3 in Oct 2016 and received my greencard in June 2018. Throughout my application process, Victoria and her professional team paid attention to every single detail and are very responsive to all of my questions. ...With their help, my journey in getting the greencard has been a smooth process and way less stressful. I will definitely recommend Victoria!

You Cannot Find a Better Attorney!

I was referred to Victoria by my brother-in-law. My wife was in a terrible situation where she was rejected by US Customs, and was unable to enter the country. I hired Victoria to first get her visa and then her Green Card. Throughout this long and tedious process, Victoria was there every single ste...p of the way. It is a VERY rare thing for an attorney to genuinely care about you the way Victoria does. She made herself available at all hours of the day, including weekends, and never asked for a single penny more. Beyond her sympathy and wholehearted concern, Victoria is an astonishingly skilled, educated, and knowledgeable lawyer. She knows the law, and she knows it well. She crossed all of the T's and dotted all of the I's, and made sure that we were kept well informed thought the entire process. Without even the slightest hiccup, Victoria managed to get my wife her visa and Green Card in substantially less time than we originally anticipated. She prepared my wife for both interviews very well, and held our hands every single step of the way. I have recommended Victoria to numerous individuals, and will continue to do so. Thank you so much, Victoria! You really are the best!

Attentive and professional

Victoria is really attentive. I had many questions regarding the green card process and she always answered my questions so fast and clearly. She made things so easy for me. I recommend Victoria Suh!

Got my green card in less than 4 months

I applied for my green card through marriage to a US citizen. Since I was not able to renew my expired passport, I was very concerned. Victoria explained to me why this would not be a problem and gave me a very detailed list of documents to prepare. The green card application process was very smooth.... I applied in mid December 2016 and was approved in early April 2017. Victoria is also very easy to communicate with. She responded to my emails even at weekend nights.

Excellent

Victoria is now handling my case over 2 years, by some other lawyers when case goes underwater they intend to drop or don't care. However, Victoria is still responsive with any question I've asked, and her team is very friendly too.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
