I am writing this review as I am waiting to receive my file from Salvador Ortiz himself! I have an appointment at 12pm but his employee let me know that I have to wait for him till 12:30pm! If I could give them NO STARS believe me I would! My husband & I looked for Mr Ortiz help to get our Waiver 601... A to immigration. Reading from other reviews he uses the same charm on all his clients "Your case is already won it's super easy!" Gets you hyped up takes your money & than abandons your case in between the hands of his paralegals filled with empty promises to say the least! When we spoke to him he said the waiver would take 10 months with a monthly payment plan, since my husband & I had been saving for this we had the money & asked if we paid upfront how long would it take, he snapped his fingers & said I'll have it ready for you in 3 Days we said yeah for sure let's do this! It took them two months oh but sure enough they cashed my check that same day! My waiver got approved in Jan & we are in April & guess what my case is on STANDY BY! I call them every day "Oh yes Ms. Plata your case is next I will get to it as soon as I'm done with something for court Mr. Ortiz has to take care of!" Lies !! You call again for an update they don't answer & their mailbox is full I wonder why! His paralegal Gerardo even gave my husband his personal number when my husband texts him he doesn't answer his personal nor the office!! PLEASE RESEARCH your LAWYER before making any decisions! It was my mistake to RESEARCH MR ORTIZ till the end & read all the harm he's done to other people! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! $5000.00 down the drain all because they see you in need of help!!

Mr. Ortiz lacks professionalism.He will make the appointments with you but when it is time for the appointment he will send one of his paralegals instead (usually Esmeralda), and they will tell you some excuse like "he's in court" or "he's solving a case out of state" Like Mr. Ortiz , his staff will ...only tell lies about how your case is going. They told me they had sent a waiver to immigration a few months ago and I have yet to receive any response (and by that I mean a receipt that I know immigration sends once they have receive a file just to let us know they indeed have received it). His paralegal insists that she sent the papers and claims that every case is different I on the other hand contacted other PROFESSIONAL lawyers and the Immigration offices ( take note I have been contacting them about my case ever since we filed with Mr. Ortiz) and they all told me the same thing, I should have received a response, receipt, in 30 days. I have already seeked another lawyer, luckily.
