Michael is a graduate of the University of Southern California Law School, and was formerly a partner of Knowles Collum LLP in Beverly Hills, and an associate of Loeb and Loeb, LLP in Los Angeles. Michael has extensive family law and civil litigation experience, including matters involving complex tracing and reimbursement issues, joinder of third parties and trusts, and unwinding asset-protection schemes and fraudulent transfers of property.
Michael’s litigation approach is to attempt informal resolution if possible, but to be prepared to litigate aggressively if necessary.
