Ramin Nosrati

History

Established in 2000.

I was raised in a family who talked about real estate/landlord tenant during breakfast, lunch and dinner.  My family and I owned and managed real estate since 1985.  During college and law school, I prepared Unlawful Detainers and filed them with court in pro per (representing my self without attorney).  After graduating from law school, I starting making emergency appearances for other attorneys who could not make it in court.  As a result I gained huge experience in court.  Thereafter, I was recruited by Dennis Block (king of eviction) and worked for him for a while.  I was in court everyday and handled over ten cases/trial per day.  Finally, I decided to go on my own and rented an office in Korea Town, Los Angeles.  I am very blessed where I am.  I still own real estate investments and know how it feels if a tenant does not pay their rent. When my office is retained, I take every call myself and do not waste any time in filing the appropriate paperwork.
