Avoid not professional
Took a retainer without an agreement, never provided billable hours statement, did not perform, acted by consulting outside third parties in violation of privacy. complaint was filed to the state bar.

Replied last September 8, 2025I am sorry you had a bad experience with our firm. We strive for the utmost client satisfaction in every case. This is an anonymous review and does not correspond to any of my cases that I recognize. I try to address client concerns when made aware if them, but no client has reached out to me directly to make this kind of complaint, and so I am at a loss to understand what the problem was. I have never, to my knowledge, failed to provide a client with a "billable hours statement," if requested, for work done on an hourly basis, or "consulted outside third parties" without client consent in breach of attorney-client privilege. I invite you to reach out to me directly, offline, to explain your concerns and, hopefully, resolve them.
