Nathan is great! This was the first experience that I had in suing a former employer. I was naturally nervous. When I got a call from Nathan that he had been assigned to my case and just talking to him over the phone I felt comfortable. I felt that he understood and empathize with me which was really... important. As the case went on, he always remain very personable and responsive whenever I would email or wanted to talk to him.
