I’ve always feared lawyers and litigation probably due to Hollywood stereotypes depicting all the less than positive attributes of lawyers. Nathan was exactly the opposite. He lets his team handle the day to day but at every critical juncture he proactively steps in, and to my surprise, let me ...lead and choose what and how to do things.
