Fact, their client had his church in Oxnard CA reposed by the IRS and now he is coming after a disabled combat veteran and full time collage student. The red car is mine. See the very small scratch above the chrome piece? That is the damage to my car from the other guy. The dark gray car is the other guys. See that red smudge? Thats from my car when the other guy hit me! The other damage was previous to this day and one can tell that a wall or cement pole or something other than a brand new red honda civic made this damage. Tell me I'm wrong Lee, Tell me I'm wrong Orly!!!!! Tell me I'm wrong!!! The Superior Court of Ventura has dismissed your case multiple times. You are just embarrassing yourself. Up to you tho.... Tell me how do you justify targeting a disabled combat veteran and a full time collage student? The State Bar of California has been notified!!!!

I was submitted to verbal and severe emotional abuse by this attorney and his staff. Not only did they lose my case but blamed me that I cost him money when I was the one injured not him. He mishandled my case and bullied and intimidated me and my family. When he saw that defense counsel would not... settle and that the case had to go to court that is when he really became verbally abusive and almost to the point of being physically abusive to one of my family members all this was caught on the surveillance camera at the courthouse. I have complained to the State Bar about this attorney who also tried to take monetary advantage of me.
