I rarely write reviews, but Attorney Jane Oak deserves one from the bottom of my heart. For the past few years, my family have had the privilege of working with Jane Oak on my nephew’s asylum case, and every step of the journey has been nothing but positive. Today she accompanied him to his asylum... interview, and her presence alone had a powerful and calming impact on all of us. She brought confidence, comfort, and peace during one of the most stressful moments a family can face. Jane is not your typical attorney. She treated us not just as clients, but like family. I hired Jane to represent me when I received an NTA for an issue I had with my Green Card. I was notified that I had utilized a fraudulent I-94 to obtain my Green Card and was asked to appear in court to testify my case. My family and I were nervous going into this, we weren't sure what to expect, ho...w to prepare, and what the outcome would be.
