I was involved in an accident and the responsible party refused to pay the $2500 that I had to pay out of pocket for repair deductible, rent a car, tow fee, and insurance co-pay for hospital. When I went in for my consult, I did not go in with the thought that I would even have a positive outcome in regards to the situation.
