After being racially profiled down Huntington Beach (what a surprise, right) and pulled over while driving home with my wife from my brother's birthday dinner, I found myself in the unfortunate situation of being accused of a felony DUI/DWI, (even after passing the field sobriety test), and several o...ther trumped up charges. I was arrested and taken to jail, while my wife was mistreated, then left stranded on the side of the road while they towed our car, even though she wasn't accused of anything and could have easily driven it home. But that's a different story. All was lost at that moment. I was in a terrible situation, accused of many things I hadn't done. Upon my release, I immediately called Howard. That was the best call I could have ever made. His professionalism, concern, and honesty immediately put my family and I at ease. He went above and beyond all my expectations as my council. He questioned every piece of evidence they presented, dug deep into the officers prior history, and steadfastly rejected all of the DA's weak plea deals. In the end all of my charges were dismissed, and I was charged with a simple misdemeanor. I always highly recommend Howard to anyone needing expert legal advice and just as import, someone who cares and is in your corner. Howard is an excellent and very capable attorney, but an even better person. Just ask all his clients. He was the best call our family could have ever made.

I know anyone reading this review will think this review is inflated, however, as I was marking on the ratings there was no other way but to rate Mr Lynch with the best marks. Mr Lynch has been and will always be my representation for his determination to do the very best for me. From his early morning calls, to his late night questions, to his unwavering judicial maneuvering in order to win my case to a point of putting himself in borderline contempt to fight for every inch is the reason why I give him such a high review. Mr Lynch does in depth research and background, he is thorough, he is engaging with everyone he comes in contact making the legal process smooth, and most of all, he cares. If every lawyer was as dedicated and thorough as he, there would be no stand outs. A must have lawyer if you are facing the legal system.
