As others have indicated in their reviews, Howard is an absolute pleasure to have as an attorney. I was incredibly upset and was a bundle of nerves when I first walked in his office, so I know that I wasn’t the easiest client to be dealing with at the start of my case. However, through his empathy an...d his incredible patience, Howard managed to help me come to terms with the reality of the legal situation, regardless of how unjust I may have felt the family law code to be. I greatly appreciated the fact that he never once tried to give me false hope and that he was always very honest and candid about how the court would likely rule on various matters. We spent a couple of long evenings in his office, where we worked closely together on how best to advocate my story to the court. During these sessions, I was always struck by Howard’s ability to not only provide me with sage legal advice but to also serve as something of an impromptu counselor or therapist given how rife with emotion the situation was for me. I can’t thank him enough for guiding me through what was a very difficult time in my life and toward a terrific outcome.

Knowledgeable efficient and reliable are not typically the adjectives used when describing a lawyer but this has been my experience with Howard. He got me the results that I wanted dealing with a difficult tenant. He knows the law and can be trusted to do the best for your case to avoid unneeded, in...efficient and costly steps that could end up hurting your case. Howard was available when I needed him and returned my calls in a timely fashion. He was generously patient in explaining all my questions and is very professional.
