I was in a car accident and i had this law firm was already handling a another case for me. On my first case they litterally did me wrong they didnt really fight for me and there was no communication. On my car accident case i had to litterally be going and coming and getting information for them bec...ause they could not do it. It took 4-5 months so they can send me to a chiropractor and wen i told them i was in pain all they said was that i had old bones (what does that mean) they never treated me for my pain. After 11 months all i got was chiropractor treatment never was i sent for an mri or orthopedic. Everytime i call them there always busy and never return my calls. I have to keep calling and calling. When i was done with the chiropractor they wanted me to go pick up the report and send it to them. Its now almost 15 months from date of accident and im still in pain and have no clue were my case is at. I am going to report them to the state bar because i am not happy with there services. Very bad customer service. If they cant multi task or handle so many cases then they should tell the client to seek help somewere else.
