Donn Wayne Christensen

Donn W. Christensen is the Managing Attorney at Insider Accident Lawyers. With more than 25 years of litigation experience, he has dedicated his entire legal career to representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases.

Donn’s commitment to securing justice for injured people is rooted in his own personal experience. More than 30 years ago, he suffered a serious injury caused by police misconduct. Having experienced the legal system as a plaintiff himself, he understands the challenges plaintiffs face and is committed to providing every client with compassionate guidance, personal attention, and determined advocacy.

Over the course of his career, Donn has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of complex personal injury cases. His experience includes wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, orthopedic injuries, birth injuries, workplace injuries, police misconduct, elder abuse, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, dog attacks, product liability claims, mass tort litigation, and cases involving government negligence.

Donn earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy of Ethics from the University of Southern California in 1995. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa and received the Order of the Torch, an honor recognizing outstanding leadership, scholarship, mentorship, service, and contributions to the USC community.

He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the USC Gould School of Law in 1998.

While attending law school, Donn served as a student supervisor for the Post-Conviction Justice Project, representing individuals who had been wrongfully convicted in both state and federal correctional systems. He also externed with the Civil Fraud Section of the United States Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles and worked as a Certified Law Student with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.

Donn combines decades of litigation experience with a genuine passion for helping people rebuild their lives after serious injuries. His focus is always on achieving the best possible outcome for every client he represents.
