Do not hire him! He doesn't know what he is doing and he will mess up your case! He was doing a simple uncontested divorce with No property no kids and no assets with Both parties in agreement. This takes 6 months but it took this attorney a year and a half!!!! He said he filed it And all was w...ell then 6 months later we were expecting the divorce judgement but turns out he sent the petition to the wrong address !!! Then he sent it to the correct address when we should have already been divorced and he made a mistake on the spelling of the respondents name. So it got rejected months later!!! Then he filed it again as a default! when I accompanied him to court this year everyone laughed at him in the court offices because they couldn't believe he was an attorney as he doesn't know what he is doing. Even in the court before the judge she told Him how this form Is incomplete and that form Is missing. When I told him how disappointed I am he became angry and said he was losing his patience with *me*?! I asked to be refunded the 1400 I paid and he is avoiding me and not even giving m a copy of the file!
