As a fellow local, small business, it pains me to give poor reviews, but this is one that I feel is well deserved and necessary. We performed a service for you on October 28, 2021 and have attempted to receive payment for our services in the amount of $1,900 since then. The numerous emails that we ha...ve sent you in a professional manner have been ignored by you, and even worse, when we call you we are immediately hung up on when you realize it is a call from Mold Inspection Sciences. As you know, each time someone refuses to pay, there is a negative ripple effect for a business. I also would like to point out that we have never received any negative feedback from you or been informed of a discrepancy with the services we provided that would warrant a lack of payment. If you look at our positive reviews on Google, this should reflect why that is not surprising to us. We take good care of our clients and always do our best to do the right thing. This implies that you are simply not running an honest business. Being that you are an Attorney at Law, I feel that this is even more egregious and really makes me wonder if you are really looking out for your own clients, whom are everyday families that are entrusting you with their tragic situations.
