But, it turns out, talk is all he was willing to do while he knowing just sat by and watched a disabled indigent dependent daughter of a father's trust have her home and her entire inheritance stolen out from under her, and got thrown out on the streets without her quarter share of a $2,500,000 estate, just sat there and watched some crook of a attorney, committing fraud, stealing trust assets, stealing safety deposit boxes and the grant deed, lying to the appellate court about David Luna's representation in trial court, said he sat there and didn't say a word to object to a settlement that I did not sign or agree with, and knowing that my brothers and their attorney had stolen and embezzled all of my stocks and financial resources making it impossible for me to access my funds, and that I had over $100,000 sitting there in my name so I could pay him if he would just file a motion on my behalf because I was forced into having to representing myself and don't know how to properly plead it right so I can fight back, but David Luna just didn't care about injustice after all. I thought he was a man who stood on principals, and wouldn't be able to help himself to defend me from having my hands tied behind my back, while he watched my 3 older siblings and their attorney beat me up and rob me of my inheritance over the last 3 years....but, I was wrong about him being the legal hero that I am still in need to find.
