Baruch C Cohen

I had a case that was defaulted in favor of the plaintiff due to not responding in a timely manner. I reached out and told Mr. Cohen the situation. He said he was the right fit and the service was right up his alley. He was right. He have had the judge rule in our favor and throw out the case multi...ple times. The plaintiff keeps filing appeals and BCC keeps knocking it out of the park! If you want poodle go some where else , If you want a lion , BCC is your guy !

I would not recommend Baruch Cohen as a bankruptcy attorney. After hiring him, and paying substantial amount, for what should have been a settled issue with a creditor, he took the case to trial, against my direct wishes, which in the end cost me thousands of dollars in unnessesary fees. He then dro...oped me for appeal representation, and even though I have subsequently prevailed on my own, he still charged me additional 17,000 dollars for his so called "consultations". He then refused to recover attornyes fees which I was entitled to, unless I pay him even more. Bottom line, Baruch Cohen is untrustworthy, unreliable, and very exepensive. He overcharges and puts his interest ahead of his clients'. I would not recommend him.
