I have been practicing law primarily as a sole practitioner for over 15 years in Los Angeles, California. I attended college at Cal-State Northridge and law school at UWLA. At UWLA I was president of the Black Law Students Association.
I have argued over 100 cases to jury in both state and federal court. Additionally I have gotten dismissals or acquittals in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and San Diego Counties.
In 2000 I had the opportunity to join and help run a startup sports management company. I became a Certified NFL Contract Advisor in 2001. Our objectives and goals were to prospect, recruit and sign college players to NFL contracts. I primarily recruited players on the west coast traveling to Pulman Washington, Eugene Oregon, and San Diego, California.
I have always looked to communicate with others. In 2000 I published a criminal defense lawyers handbook entitled "Ready for the Defense." I am currently working on making my handbook into an E Book. I have also worked for as a College Football Analyst and analyst for the Arena Football League.
One area I pride myself on is my professional memberships with the relationships and learning opportunties they present. Currently maintain memberships in National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Association of Federal Defenders Association, and Famalies Against Mandatory Minimums.
I maintain offices in Los Angeles, Long Beach and Orange County. Consultations are free and I am always available via cell phone.

Gary Olive took my case literally at the last minute and worked dilligently late into the night to prepare the required paperwork. He brought my lawsuit to a suitable resolution in a matter of months after my previous attorney was proved to be inept and unreliable.
