one and done!

Gone are the days where you have to spend a good amount of time in a library or research center just to be informed or be familiarized about a certain topic. In today's world, most information is just a Google search away. I have been very independent in processing any legal documents or sorting an...y legal matters for myself. I always thought I don't need an attorney to help me out, not to mention I always thought most attorneys are in it for the money and not really to help out their clients. Fortunately for me, my perspective has changed. Last year I went through financial hardship and was unable to keep up with my mortgage payments. I was on the brink of losing my property that I worked hard for years! I have tried to work with my bank so I can catch up or at least have an affordable mortgage. All the documents, emails, phone calls fell on deaf ears! I did all I could but my efforts were going nowhere!. While I was doing my research through NOLO, I submitted a question in hopes of getting a new perspective on how I can solve my problem. I received a call within minutes; as usual I was very reluctant to provide any information. The person on the other line explained to me what they do and how they can possibly help me. My case was evaluated by an ACTUAL attorney and just a paralegal; they then discussed my options and let me decide for myself. Finally, I lawyered up! I hired Real Estate Law Center. I didn't have to talk to the mortgage bank any more, they did all the work for me. Fast forward to a year later, I still own the house! I'm in a better mortgage set up with my bank. I can finally move on! Thank you Real Estate Law Center

Great Attorney

I have been working with Real Estate Law Center for some time now, and continue to do so until the law suite has come to a close. They have let know what was going on every step of the way.

This Law firm was my final hope

Erikson Davis is a definite veteran in the real estate arena. RELC helped our family save our home from disaster. We had an upside down property, with a hard sale date. Ready to give up hope, after several attempts of loan modification and the bank not working with us, we were ready to pack up and ab...andon the property. Not only did RELC help us to become current again but they addressed several other issues with our loan we were not even aware of. Thanks to Eirkson and his staff, our family has a second chance! Thank you so much RELC -God Bless
