I live in California and my mother passed away in 2013. Nevada legal services initially found an attorney to handle my mothers estate for me pro bono, what a nightmare that turned out to be! The attorney who was handling my case was never available and completely uncooperative in answering any of my... questions. The case went to court and a settlement was reached and I thought that was the end of my legal worries regarding my mothers estate. He was also available to my realtor for any questions and once the hearing took place everything was wrapped up and finished less than a week later. His rates were reasonable, and he was even able to reduce the amount of outstanding medical fees attached to my mothers estate to zero.
