Biography
Mr. Morris works extensively within the field of estate planning. He represents families, couples and individuals in crafting wills and trusts. He represents clients in probate, estate and trust administration. In addition, he develops and implements gift and estate tax saving strategies. In 2013 through 2015, Mr. Morris was named Legal Elite by Nevada Business Magazine for his work in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration. Mr. Morris was also named one of the Best Up and Coming attorneys in Nevada. Also since 2013 through 2015, Super Lawyers named Mr. Morris a "Rising Star" in the Estate Planning and Probate section.
Mr. Morris is a certified legal specialist in Trust, Estate and Probate law by the California State bar.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accountancy with a taxation emphasis from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. In 2007, he graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University cum laude and was an editor of the law review.
Mr. Morris enjoys serving the Reno-Sparks community through various community and professional organizations. He is the Secretary of the Planned Giving Roundtable of Northern Nevada and former Treasurer and board member for the Reno Chamber Orchestra. He is a member of the Reno South Rotary Club and the Estate Planning Council of Northern Nevada. He volunteered as a ski instructor for the Sky Tavern Junior Ski program. In 2008, Washoe Legal Services acknowledged his charitable legal work by giving him the Outstanding Pro Bono Services award.

Mr Morris represented me for a short time and it was very costly and I got nothing in return.I was assured he was behind me and the case was a very good one but he dropped me like a rock after the other party lawyer-ed up .

Estate Planning
