My experience includes a wide range of complex matters. I have agressively represented clients at trial (jury and non-jury), private mediations, and arbitrations. The areas of law I have practiced include: intellectual property, civil RICO, business disputes, shareholder derivative actions, commercial, construction, insurance, Lanham Act, unfair competition, trademarks, copyrights, rights to publicity, bankruptcy (creditor), employment discrimination, breach of fiduciary duty, and trade secrets.
I have assisted clients with issues including business transactions; trademarks; copyrights; contract drafting and review; intellectual property licensing; e-business agreements; and the legal aspects of purchasing and selling businesses, real estate, and personal property.
Outside of the office I enjoy the outdoors, hunting, fly fishing, camping, hiking, climbing, mountian biking, and making wine.
