My worker's comp case has been dragging on for three years. Ms. Gruenewald has fought hard to get my case reopened three times so far to ensure I receive the medical treatment I still need. This has been a long involved case and she has done an amazing job fighting for my rights and the medical tre...atment I need. I am permanently disabled due to injury, but I have FINALLY received the OK for pain management, which has been a three year long fight. She has also assisted in the fight for retraining and to complete my education - I will graduate next Summer! Thank you, Barbara for all you have done for me.

My fiancé went to her on my recommendation only to get screwed out of his schooling money and get a lousy settlement of less than 4,000 and he was not even rated properly . He was injured at work and she stated she would take his case not bothering to tell him that if he still continued to have pain ...and limited movement in his affected body part that he needed to tell the doctor who SHE recommended that he was unable to perform the duties of his job. I find her to be a poor excuse for a lawyer and now she has left us hanging with bills to pay and lost wages and my fiancé soon to be out of a job with no recourse. In talking with other people it turns out she is doing the same thing to them and is only in it for what ever money she can get out of it whether or not the client is ever healed and does not care whether or not the client received fair medical treatment and a fair rating. This is a true statement and both of us are very disgusted and unhappy with the outcome as he is still in pain and suffering .
