I hired Matt Dion to handle the auto insurance company, following an accident in August 2018, after I was rear ended. He was personable and honest. I felt like I could trust him as my attorney. When the insurance company offered far less than we were expecting, due to the lack of medical bills t...hat I had accumulated. Matt honored ther amount that he originally told me about, gave me the full amount offered by the insurance company, and his firm covered my medical bills. I highly recommend him to retain, I will definitely use him again, if I am ever in need of an attorney in the future. I was injured in a car accident. There was no question that it was due to the fault of the other driver. Initially I negotiated with the insurance company by myself. After the agent gave me an offer, I consulted with Mr. Dion. He thought the insurance company should pay much more. He agreed that he w...ould not take a commission if my portion would be less than what I have negotiated by myself. So I hired Mr. Dion for this case. After several months' negotiation, the insurance company only agreed to pay somewhat more, but to a much lesser degree that Mr. Dion initially estimated, than what they offered me initially. Mr. Dion proposed to take only 1/3 of extra compensation due to his involvement as his commission, which was very reasonable.
