Jamie C. Henry

I was recently appointed Ms. Jamie Henry as a defense attorney in a criminal case in Lake Tahoe. She has an extremely competent staff and made me feel as if I was her most important client. Even though I live a very long way from where court was being held I felt like I was there every step of the wa...y. I would highly recommend her for any legal matter big or small. She knows the players and knows the game. If anything were to happen in the future it would be easy for me to decide who to retain as my attorney. I would hire Ms. Henry. As a southerner I pride myself on being able to tell people's character and trying to take the moral high ground in all my affairs. Ms Henry exemplifies everything I've been thought in Southern tradition and has a west coast work ethic. She will work tirelessly to make sure justice is accomplished.

Living out of state and away from my daughter is very difficult to begin with. When an issue arose and we needed help, I am very grateful we found Jamie Henry. Jamie was incredibly helpful and responsive in helping me to complete a divorce in Nevada even though I currently live in another state. Jaime , wow! Your work has literally blown me away... I was arrested May 2013 for two charges .. one a misdemeanor and one felony .. I had gotten arrested with my cousin who had the same charges as well.. Jaime was my public defender, I am from New Jersey.. and at the time of my arrest I was in ...a casino out in Reno Nevada.. at that time I lived in las Vegas... I was in jail for 8day's for something I didnt do, I was harrased by an asian guy and I ended up gettin arrested he was let free.. when I spoke to Jaime at the time of me being incarcerated I told her the truth she said dont worry we will get this solved... I got released on day 8 and I had court for a 2nd time that same week.. I met Jaime in person that day of court she was pleasant, humble, very honest, truthful and I saw she was a very well prepared lawyer. She represented me before a judge and faught the case for me... she accomplished to.get the asian guy arrested for what he had done to me.. he had no bail.. it took a year, a year of back a forth.. she was so great she didnt even need me to present myself after the time I went and actually met Jaime..i had flights booked and everything and she told me tk cancel it that she would handle it all.. I had alot of faith for her as wel as my rights..I had to fight for my freedom..and with the help.of Jaime my record got cleaned.. she didnt let me down.. after a year of hard work and loyalty I'm glad to.say its all because of her that I am out my case is closed and she solved both cases, my cousins as well as mine. I retained Jamie with little notice to help with terminating the parental rights of my children's father. I had received the consents to terminate, signed by him, in the mail and came to Jamie to take care of the legal process. I had a hard time connecting with Jamie by telephone because of our con...flicting schedules. At the hearing, my children's father showed up and "changed his mind." Even with our minimal time to prepare together, Jamie was on top of all the issues and truly fought for my children. It was obvious that she had received my messages and had thoroughly reviewed all the information I provided to her. Although the termination was not granted by the Court, Jamie made sure that the order issued by the Court protected my children as much as possible.
