This attorney revised my 86 yo father's will after 2 other reputable attornies told my father it was unethical. Under duress, my father changed his will to favor a paid caregiver. Mr. Kallicki made the caregiver my father's medical POA, which it says right on the form that a paid care giver cannot be POA. 24 hours before my father's death, Mr. Kalicki went to my father's home and had the caregiver resign from POA, after my brother told Mr. Kalicki that what he had done was illegal. Unfortunatly, it was too late. My father was already non responsive. The care giver had taken my father to a psychologist, not an MD for a statement of his mental compentency after 2 neurologists declined to provide a statement. This caregiver recieved $60,000 from my father in his will.
