Practice primarily consists of advising clients on preserving water rights under Nevada law, including administrative procedure before the State Engineer's office, and related administrative matters before the Nevada Deparment of Environmental Protection. Water rights experience also includes litigating water rights disputes between private parties, the State Engineer, as well as water rights due diligence and transactions.

Primarily represent small water utility with respect to its water rights holdings and assist clients with pending administrative matters before the Public Utilities Commission.
