I had the pleasure of having Chris Rusby represent me in a first of it's kind DMV hearing regarding occupational licensing. It is hard to figure out where to start my sincere recommendation of him. First off, his fee was more than fare. With the hours he invested in my case he could have easily ch...arged double but I don't think money was his motivation. He saw an injustice and passionately pursued a rightful outcome. I have had the opportunity to work with literally dozens of lawyers in the past and now know, what it is like, to be represented by the best. He was available to take my calls almost without fail, when he was involved with another case, he called me back on the first opportunity. He was understanding, compassionate, assertive and when needed, aggressive in his representation of me. He managed to get a hearing on a issue that has NEVER been granted before.
