Has a client who has pending litigation against me and he reaches out to me to call him. I tried unsuccessfully numerous times to call him, sent him emails to call me, with no result. Even worse, he filed and sent me an official hearing time which was after the actual hearing time! I feel sorry for... the poor schmo who hired him. I wouldn't! :-(
