Biography
Our office serves as counsel to public and privately held companies through the US. We work directly with business executives providing legal counsel on a wide variety of complex matters.
We manage intellectual property issues (including patents, copyright and trademarks). Assist with licensing negotiations to ensure the business interests and objectives of our clients are clearly identified, adequately protected, and the risk of loss or liability is minimized.
We advise clients on e-commerce, transactional and privacy-related matters. We work with our clients to navigate the complex legal issues associated with all stages of commercial development, procurement, implementation, use, monitoring and exploitation of technology as well as the underlying intellectual property.
We handle large-scale software licensing and technology services, the use of SaaS and cloud-based solutions. We negotiation software development agreements with complex compensation and forfeiture provisions.
We advise management executives on securities law compliance and corporate governance. Manage corporate and securities law matters, including SEC filings, public company compliance and transactions such as mergers and acquisitions.
In conjunction with business executives we develop and recommended operating policy and procedural improvements for human resource compliance. We represent employers in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies in cases filed under federal and state employment laws.
