I was a little suspicions of all who work in the legal field. I thought that all Lawyer's were ambulance chasers or vampires. James has change my views of what it is to be a lawyer, so much so that I would like to join the legal field to help others as much as he helped me. James has represented me ...on multiple occasions during the process of my divorce, attempted relocation and attempts to remove my parental rights. Most recently he assist me in defeating a motion of relocation. He had me prepared every step of the way and did a wonderful job of explaining the process to me. He gave me legal guidance that I followed and still follow to this day. Because of this, I still have joint custody of my children to this day. During the course of my case James had to take an immense amount of information that I was providing to him and turn it into a legal countermotion. He did an artful job of integrating the facts of my case, with the legal precedent and things that I felt were important to my case and turn it into a valuable defense. James and Kathy did such a great job that I would gladly recommend James to any of my closest friends or family members in need of his services.
