Knowledgeable and Honest

Mr. Auten is very insightful on issues concerning real property. I found Ben to be honest, dependable, and he maintains the unique ability to find solutions to complex issues.

Ben Auten Was a Great Asset

We received an unsolicited offer to purchase our company and we have absolutely no experience with this process. The potential buyers seemed friendly and like they had our interests at heart. However, we knew it was wise to work with an attorney since this decision would so dramatically affect our ...future. Ben worked with us every step of the way, helping us understand the details of the offer, the pitfalls and the concessions to ask for. Ultimately, Ben helped us uncover all the reasons why the offer was NOT beneficial to us and we declined to sell our company. If it had not been for Ben and his firm, we might have made a grave mistake. I especially appreciated that Ben was very quick to respond to questions--even late on a Friday night when I would have expected most attorneys would not be working. He is thorough, personable and helped us get the answers we needed. I would highly recommend Ben Auten to other clients.
