Chandler Russell Keeton

Attorney Chandler Keeton represents businesses and individuals before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities in high stakes disputes. His practice is concentrated on resolving back tax liabilities through strategic negotiation and procedural advocacy, including securing Offers in Compromise, defending clients in audits, obtaining release of bank levies and wage garnishments, and negotiating structured payment arrangements. He has successfully resolved hundreds of matters directly with the IRS, achieving favorable installment agreements and financial hardship determinations for individuals facing significant enforcement action. He also maintains extensive experience in individual and corporate tax return preparation and has overseen the preparation and filing of hundreds of delinquent returns, regardless of age or complexity.

Chandler is licensed to practice law in Nevada and is admitted to the United States Tax Court and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. He earned his Bachelor of Science with highest honors from California State University, Channel Islands in 2017 and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2021.

While in law school, Chandler represented taxpayers in disputes before the California Office of Tax Appeals through the Tax Appeals Assistance Program. In that role, he secured multiple dismissals of tax claims asserted by the Franchise Tax Board, further demonstrating his commitment to effective and results driven client advocacy.

When not practicing, Chandler enjoys coaching youth hockey, collecting trading cards, rooting for his New England Patriots, and spending time with his family.
