Do not go here!! In handling my file, I experienced unnecessary delays, unreasonable billing and just a lack of competence. Despite conversations with the attorney about my desires going forward, the case remained stagnant. My invoices consisted of charges for saving documents to the file or other ...time spent doing secretarial work. It also looks like the secretaries do more of the work on the file than the attorney does. The few times I have spoken to the attorneys, I would get the run around, excuses for delays and promises to move the case forward then the file would continue to sit. If you want even a fighting chance to win your case, go somewhere else with more knowledgeable attorneys that will actually work on your file.
