I have owned several successful businesses in my career. Through my business dealings, I have come across what seems to be hundreds of attorneys in one capacity or another. He is bold where others are weak and the points he achieves for his clients are nothing short of amazing. When Mike sits you down and reviews his ideas and terms he has included in the contracts he generates, you will sit up, eyes wide open and mouth open with disbelief, you may even chuckle.... But when he delivers executed documents with both sides, you become a believer, like me. All of this experience coupled with him being a CPA is just the perfect combination. Wow... A lawyer to deal with my business issues and an accountant to give me advise on how to deal with any tax consequences relating from my deals. What else could I ask for.... A Medical Degree..? Mike is reachable by phone when I need him.. He always has time and is prepared to deal with whatever I give him. I know he is selective with taking on new clients, though If you have the opportunity to work with him, you will join a select group of people who entrust our lives to him.
