Luis Ayon

Luis A. Ayon has significant litigation experience in Nevada's state and federal courts and currently focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, and contested matters in real estate litigation and financial institutions litigation.

Prior to establishing the firm, Luis was an associate at Fox Rothschild where he focused on commercial litigation and contested bankruptcy matters. He has worked for one of the nation's largest plaintiffs' firms where he managed a significant case load involving catastrophic brain and spinal injuries, wrongful death, product liability and insurance bad faith claims. Luis also has the distinction of serving as the first law clerk for Presiding Civil Judge, the Honorable Elizabeth Gonzalez.

Throughout his legal career, Luis has represented clients from diverse industries including, but not limited to, real estate, hospitality, finance, entertainment, healthcare, banking and insurance.

In the area of business litigation, among his many accomplishments on clients’ behalf are successfully defending a national insurance company against a bad faith claim exceeding $1 million; prosecuting breach of contract claims for a national asset management company, and representing a national mortgage lending company in a class action lawsuit by individual borrowers. He has prosecuted and defended several deficiency judgment actions and receivership actions for both debtors and creditors.

In the area of personal injury litigation, Luis successfully prosecuted dozens of catastrophic injury and medical malpractice claims; defended borrowers against FDIC lawsuits; prosecuted a rollover case against an international ATV manufacturer, and prosecuted numerous bad faith insurance claims against national insurance companies.
